Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and 33bg.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 33bg platform and all its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on 33bg, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

33bg ("we", "our", "platform") operates an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read them in full. If you do not agree with any term, do not use our platform.

Platform users ("you", "player") must comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement governing the relationship between you and 33bg.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

User Eligibility

To create an account and use the services on 33bg, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
  • Your account must not have any prior restrictions or permanent bans.
  • You must register under your own identity — managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Account Registration

Registration Rules

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, date of birth — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.

  • Keep your login password confidential and change it regularly.
  • Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 33bg are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods:

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

33bg offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, complete your registration and make your first deposit.

  • To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25 times the total amount (deposit + bonus) (wagering requirement: 25x).
  • The list of games eligible for the bonus will be provided on the promotions page.
  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household or per device.
  • The time limit for using each bonus will be stated specifically with each offer.

VIP Program

33bg's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback rewards are offered at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. 33bg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means — such as creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or bonus abuse — will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses.

Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games on 33bg are operated fairly and transparently. The rules set by game providers apply to each respective game.

  • If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided and the bet will be returned.
  • If your internet connection drops, the game result will be saved on the server — you will see the correct result once you reconnect.
  • Any unusual winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or errors in the game software may be voided where applicable.
  • In sports betting, bets cannot be changed or cancelled after results have been announced.

33bg uses third-party game software (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.). The rules of these providers may also apply.

Prohibited Activities

What Is Strictly Prohibited

Any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a fake or stolen identity.
  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or security systems.
  • Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behavior.
  • Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
Warning: If prohibited activity is detected, all account balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and relevant authorities will be notified where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Account Closure and Suspension

Closure at player's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You may withdraw any available balance before closing your account (provided there are no active wagering requirements).

Suspension or closure by 33bg: We may immediately suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If these Terms are violated.
  • If issues arise during identity verification.
  • If suspicious financial activity is detected.
  • If complaints from other users are substantiated.

If you believe your account has been closed unfairly, you may appeal through the complaints process.
